West Philadelphia homes with Kyle Keenan

Most of Kyle's West Philadelphia work is in Haddington, the stretch around 60th Street north of Market. He has listed a fully renovated four-bedroom there and helped with a sale one block over.

What the homes are like

Haddington is rows of brick and stone-front homes with covered porches, plus a good number of twins. Blocks tend to be uniform, so one renovated house on a street is easy to compare with the unrenovated ones beside it.

Many homes have three or four bedrooms and a basement, and a lot of the older ones still carry their original layouts. Buyers usually look at roofs, heating and electrical updates first, since those decide how much work is left.

Getting around

The Market-Frankford Line stops at 60th and 63rd Streets, which is a direct ride to Center City. Overbrook station on SEPTA Regional Rail is a short bus or drive to the northwest.

Lancaster Avenue is the main commercial street, Cobbs Creek Park lies to the southwest, and I-76 is the way out toward the suburbs.
